Since 2009, Philip has practiced in trial and appellate courts throughout California, Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. He has represented businesses, trustees, estate administrators, financial institutions, and individuals through all stages of civil litigation including appellate proceedings with successful and cost-efficient outcomes.
In addition to commercial litigation and trust and estate litigation, Philip has experience representing creditors in bankruptcy fraud and preference actions. Philip has also provided training seminars to financial institutions regarding the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other regulatory statutes. Additionally, he has also represented commercial suppliers in mechanic’s lien, stop payment notice, and payment bond litigation.
While in law school, Philip interned for Judge Mary Jo Levinger in the Santa Clara County Superior Court and was a civil procedure teaching assistant.
