Since 2009, Philip has practiced in state and federal courts throughout California, Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. He has represented businesses, financial institutions and individuals through all stages of civil litigation including post-judgment proceedings and appeals with successful and cost-efficient outcomes.

In addition to commercial litigation, Philip has experience representing creditors in bankruptcy fraud and preference actions. Philip has also provided training seminars to financial institutions regarding the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other regulatory statutes. Additionally, he has also represented commercial suppliers in mechanic’s lien, stop payment notice, and payment bond litigation. While in law school, Philip interned for Judge Mary Jo Levinger in the Santa Clara County Superior Court, and was a civil procedure teaching assistant.

Philip has first chair trial experience and an extensive law and motion background to help clients achieve the best results as early in the litigation process as possible.
